Sorry I've been MIA for so long! I was out of town for half of June and then my blog has been down since then. Happy to be back and able to share some fun images!

How handsome is this little guy? I love his eyes and lashes.

This little guy is SUCH a great listener! Most of the time kids this age just run circles around me and I feel lucky if I can get them to sit down for 10 seconds, but not him! He sat where I asked him to sit and we talked about animals and played games, I was shocked and impressed!

This one just makes me happy! I love his sparkly eyes, little chicklet teeth, chubby cheeks and that awesome head of hair. Such a cute boy!

This one makes me smile as well, he was just about to toss that ball sky high. I love the body language here, you can totally see the thought process going on in his mind. Can't wait to show his parents the rest today!

This is another one of my favorite families that I've been photographing FOREVER :) . I love putting together a group of similar images from over the years, you can really see how they have stayed the same, but changed so much from year to year. Look at how itty bitty this little girlie was when I first photographed her!

And here she is all grown up! Isn't she a doll?

And a smiley one of her. Something about this one totally reminds me of her mom, who I love by the way! These girls have some of the funnest parents I know, they are lucky ducks!

Another one of my favorites! This image just makes me happy. The look, the body language with her arms and her little foot up, and those piggy tails! Eeeek! I LOVE this one! Can't wait to show their parents the rest tomorrow!

So, anyone who has been to the studio will recognize this little girlie, she's the one in the big green frames right as you enter! You will also probably notice that she's my new blog banner girl. Obviously she and I go way back :) . I feel so privileged to be the one to capture this little beauty as she grows up.

Did you know that she has a little sister who is equally gorgeous and sweet natured?

As a straight haired girl I've always been totally enamored with this head of hair. When their mom had the little bub I wondered if her hair would be as fabulous.

And it is! Totally different, equally fabulous!

Love this perfect little face, her eyes have always been so striking to me.

I love this little face as well. Can't you just feel how silky that hair is in this image? Something about this look totally reminds me of their mom. I love how these two are obviously sisters, but each have their own look.

I've blogged before about how much I completely adore their mom, she is so easy going and fun, a total joy to be around. And she always has the most fabulous outfits for these two little ladies!

And how cute is this????

Look at this cute little dude! Right after saying that I hardly ever see any babies I looked at my schedule I realized that I had like 4 of them within a one week period, LOVE it! This guy is such a love, super sweet, lovey little guy. Look at him flirtin' it up with me! And how much do I love his HAIR, he is such a doll baby!

He belongs to another family that I've photographed before. Here's his big sis in 2006, love that little face!

And look at her now! She has the greatest little personality; super sweet big sister, full of funny things to say, busted out with her own little purse full of all the photo session essentials, the quintessential three year old girl!

This image makes my heart go pitter patter. Those soulful eyes, the chubby cheeks, that little strand of hair hanging down. Definitely one of my new favorite images!

This one is for their mama. I saw these three images and thought they would look fabulous hanging gallery style either above a couch or down a hallway. L, if you like this look for a wall that's about 65-70 inches wide. Can't wait to see you tomorrow and show you the rest!

So, these two belong to one of my all time favorite clients. I've been photographing Miss M since she was a tiny bub and each time I see her she gets cuter and her personality gets more entertaining. Their mom is a joy to be around. She so clearly adores these kids and trusts me to capture who they are. She and I were e-mailing this week about how much I love my job and I have to say that the opportunity to meet and develop a friendship with people like her is one of the major highlights, getting to love on her gorgeous new baby is a major perk as well!

There are so many old favorites that I could share of The Divine Miss M, but since I have so many new ones to share I'm limiting myself to just one. I have always loved this one because it totally shows off her spunky little personality.

This one feels like the updated version of the one above. Still spunky, girl on the go, I LOVE this one! Her mom and I both cracked up as I snapped this one, M hauling booty across the floor but still able to ham it up for the camera, love it! I love how her arms make her look like a teeny tiny power walker.

These next two crack me up as well, they are SO her!

The tongue, the band aid, LOVE IT!

And a sweet face shot, is she the cutest or what?

And now, on to the man of the hour. This was my first session with Mr. T and I have to tell you, he is delicious!

Look at how cute he is!

I just love his little peach fuzz head and look at that smile!

Welcome to my new favorite mom with her kids image! How sweet is the interaction between these three. You can see why I love them so!

Eeek! Look at this cute little face! Everyone who knows me well knows that I LOVE babies. Seriously love them. All the baby lovin' has always been one of the best parts of my job. Lately I've seen a lot more big kids than babies, all the babies I've been photographing for years are growing up! I would love to see more tiny bubs, so if you have a baby or have friends with babies come visit me :) .

This totally cute baby is the newest addition to one of my favorite Tacoma families. Don't you just want to squeeze her?

This is her big sister as a tiny bub in January of 2006, so cute!

This was my first session with these two young ladies, aren't they adorable?

I love this image of little sis, her twinkly eyes and sweet smile totally melt me.

She is a total love bug. She scooted herself right onto my lap while I was photographing big sis and was happy to hang out there for awhile, so sweet!

Another sneak peek for another handsome little guy!

He's another one that I photographed awhile back and was excited to see how he had grown. Look how cute he was as an itty bitty!

And now he's all grown up and SO darling! He's a bit of an electricity buff and was absolutely fascinated by my lights. At the end of the session he reminded me that I should not only turn off but also unplug my lights when I leave and telling me all about positives and negatives with my light switches. Okay, maybe saying that he's a bit of an electricity buff is an understatement :)

I love his expression in this one!

I love this little face as well, it's that face that all mothers see right before mischeif begins. He was so cute, as I was photographing him and his mom together he turned to her and said "What did the picture mommy say?" SO cute! I take it as a total compliment to be called the "picture mommy". Can't wait to see his amazing all the time mommy on Monday to show her the rest!

This is one of my favorites of big brother in 2004 as a little guy. I love the intense look on his face!

And here he is now. He has such a kind and sweet personality and has turned into a wonderful big brother.

Here's one of my favorites of the little dude. This guy is quite the little firecracker! He is SO smart for someone so tiny and chatted me up the whole session, I loved it!
